In this workshop we explain and practice the key principles of the Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga method. It should be combined with our "Ashtanga Introduction Month".
We lead you through the key sequences of the method (similar to the Ashtanga Flow Classes). We will also explain the philosophical principles that the Ashtanga method is based upon and and provide different exercises to understand the key principles that will awaken your inner teacher::
- Bandha (mindfulnuess and concentration on posture and alignment)
- Ujjayi Pranayama (mindfulnuess and concentration on breath)
- Drishti(stilling the mind by contolling your eye movements)
