General Mysore Style info

Our Classes

All classes are "Mysore style", because frontal teaching is unsuitable for yoga. Try it at our Shala and you'll know why.

Mysore Style (One to One Small Group Lessons)
The ideal yoga class for everyone. You can practice within the given time slots, but coming at the beginning is best.
Requirement: Mysore-style experience, "Intro Month" or USC L membership.
Ashtanga Intro Class (Sundays)
Brief introduction to Ashtanga practice. frontal teaching. So exactly what you should leave behind. Go Mysore!
(Half) Led Primary (Series)
Half or all of the first series in traditional count. Prerequisite: Ashtanga experience.
Open Self Practice (daily from 5 a.m.)
