Everybody can learn and practice Ashtanga. It is for you if you want to learn an authentic, traditional form of Yoga. No music, no esoteric kitsch, no show, minimal distraction from your concentration. Just like in the old days we teach (Ashtanga) Yoga individually, one on one and we make sure you learn each single component of the practice properly and keep improving and deepening your practice.
