Intro-passes
With these tickets, we systematically introduce you to traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga.
Please practice at least three times a week; initially, 60 minutes is often sufficient.
Our goal is the exploration and teaching of yoga as it has been taught in India for thousands of years. Yoga is neither a sport nor a means to achieve wellness or fitness.

solidarity-Based Payment Model
solidarity-Based Payment Model
Ashtanga Yoga Berlin has been operating with a community-focused approach since 2004, ensuring that no one is excluded due to financial reasons. Your membership helps sustain the school, cover operational costs, and provide fair compensation and potential social security for our teachers.
Your contribution is not based on how often you practice but on the value you place on our school. Many members pay only small amounts as we intentionally avoid financial barriers. Therefore, it is crucial that financially well-off participants (e.g., with >€2000 disposable income) contribute proportionally higher amounts.
Urban Sports Club
Urban Sports Club
If Ashtanga is your main method of Yoga practice, Urban Sports Club memberships (L or XL) can be used at Ashtanga Yoga Berlin. Ashtanga is meant to be practiced on a regular basis only, so please make sure to practice at least 2-3 times per week with qualified teachers.
If you are new to Ashtanga you can join the Mysore sessions if you commit to practicing at least 3 days a week.
This commitment is required to systematically learn this wonderful authentic Yoga method. Contact us if you would like to start

COMMON GOOD YOGA SHALA
Are low-income earners just lazy? No. Many people have little money these days and the high rents and costs of living particularly affect single parents, full-time care workers, environmental activists, and above all people who serve the common good. Or those who were just unlucky in life. For some, ridiculous cost increases pull the rug out from under others. That must not be! Especially not in yoga.
On the other hand, for some of our students, even €200 per month would hardly be of much importance. Many earn far more than yoga teachers, who these days can hardly build up retirement security with yoga classes aimed at the common good.
If you have a higher income: Think less about minimizing expenses but rather about maximizing value for hopefully the society as a whole. Every additional contribution benefits people with low incomes, the security of your yoga teachers and our social initiatives. Please show that the common good is more important than individual profit.
Fair prices in yoga are measured
For us, it's better not to do yoga than fake yoga or commercial yoga.
As a yoga school oriented towards the common good, we are dependent on contributions that cover the running costs for the premises and pay us yoga teachers enough so that we can make a living and focus on deepening and passing on the knowledge to be imparted as comprehensively and authentically as possible. This is currently only possible for us under very strong personal restrictions. You can't even think about adequate retirement provision.
