- Mysore Style (One to One Small Group Lessons)
The ideal yoga class for everyone. You can practice within the given time slots, but
coming
at
the beginning is best.
Requirement: Mysore-style experience, "Intro Month" or USC L membership.
- Ashtanga Intro Class (Sundays)
Brief introduction to Ashtanga practice. frontal teaching. So exactly what you
should
leave
behind. Go Mysore!
- (Half) Led Primary (Series)
Half or all of the first series in traditional count. Prerequisite: Ashtanga
experience.
- Open Self Practice (daily from 5 a.m.)
